NMTM 2018 and more
This month has been sort of a catch-up month here at Yellow Bird Acres- catching up with the Model Horse Costume Challenge and the official start to National Model Tack Month. So, the workbench has kept warm and I have some pictures to show so enjoy!
The costume challenge has been fairly interesting for me as this is the first costume I have made. The tassels and cowries were the scariest parts but I found both went together well.
The halter was made using a pattern usually used with paracord commonly referred to as trilobite.
Saddle was sculpted using Super Sculpy.
This is my National Model Tack Month challenge, a classic scale cutback saddle set.
Last but not least, I am still chipping away to finish my Witcher 3 set, the bridle will be made with a leather armor mask. After the bridle is complete, the breastcollar and a griffin head will be sculpted to finish it off.
